What is the typical shipping time for international orders?
International orders typically arrive within 7 to 15 business days via 4PX or DHL, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Does my Retroid Pocket come with pre-installed games?
No, Retroid devices do not come with pre-installed games. They are open-source Android systems designed for users to load their own legally owned digital backups and ROMs.
What is your return policy for defective units?
We offer a 15-day return policy for any manufacturing defects. If your device arrives with hardware issues, please contact our support team with your order number and video evidence of the problem.
Will I have to pay import taxes or customs duties?
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their local government. These fees are not included in the shipping cost paid at checkout.
Can I upgrade the storage on my device?
Yes, all Retroid Pocket models feature a microSD card slot that supports cards up to 1TB, allowing you to expand your storage for apps and media files.
