Return Process

For hardware issues, provide photos or video evidence as requested by our technicians to determine if the unit qualifies for a warranty exchange or a standard return.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Once approved, pack the Retroid device in its original packaging including all charging cables, SD cards, and manuals to ensure a full refund.
- 4.Shipping and Refund
Ship the package to our designated service center; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
